The recent recession left a housing mess behind. RLI Enterprises is investing in old run down apartment complexes by fixing them up and providing homes and jobs.
The 48 units in the old Rustic Village complex were run down and digusting. Before the RLI Enterprises renovation, only a dozen people dared live there. RLI Enterprises is helping to change the make up of the community, transforming drug and crime infested apartments into beautiful places to live.
